Career counselling is designed to offer you the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a professional career counsellor to explore issues affecting your career development. Career counselling is most effective and beneficial if you have specific career-related questions and concerns such as having difficulty making a career decision, feeling overwhelmed and confused with your options, or struggling to maintain focus or success in your chosen career. For more general career development information, including access to online career assessments, job search, and occupational research resources, get started with Plan My Career.
If you and your career counsellor agree that there are complicated issues affecting your career development, one or more follow-up appointments may be needed. These appointments are arranged directly with your career counsellor. Please note that appointments can only be booked by the individual seeking assistance.
